What is the processing time for custom cakes?

Custom orders needed to be submitted 2 weeks (14 days) before the date of the event. Please visit our custom form to get a quote on your cake

An event date that is less than 14 days from the order date is considered a rush order. Therefore, a rush fee will be applied, and the total payment will be due at the time of order. 

 If I order during the week for local delivery, can you drop it off on the weekend?

Currently we do not offer weekend Delivery.  Upon ordering a local delivery, you will be given a choice of a pickup time and date during the week.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Currently we only ship within the contiguous United States. 

What is your cancellation policy?

 To cancel your order, please email kimmykakesrva@gmail.com within 24hrs of placing your order to receive a full refund. After 24hrs, your order will be processed, and will no longer be eligible for cancellation.
