Shipping Terms and Conditions

These Shipping Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the shipment of products by Kimmy Kakes LLC ("Kimmy Kakes") to customers ("Customers"). By placing an order with Kimmy Kakes, Customers agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Shipping Methods:

 

Kimmy Kakes offers standard shipping via USPS.

Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.

 

2. Shipping Restrictions:

 

Kimmy Kakes currently ships within the contiguous United States as well as Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

3. Processing Time:

 

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

4. Delivery Time:

 

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been shipped, allowing them to track their package's progress.

 

5. Shipping Charges:

 

Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method selected, and the destination.

Customers will be able to view shipping charges before completing their purchase.

 

6. Delivery Attempts:

 

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notice for the recipient.

Customers are responsible for arranging re-delivery or pickup of the package within the carrier's specified timeframe.

 

7. Address Accuracy:

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses at the time of purchase.

Kimmy Kakes is not responsible for delays or additional charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the Customer.

 

8. Shipping Insurance:

 

All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit.

Customers must notify Kimmy Kakes of any damaged or missing items, within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please contact the courier for any lost or missing package issues.

 

9. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments:

 

If a shipment is refused by the recipient or deemed undeliverable by the carrier, the Customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees incurred.

Refused or undeliverable shipments are not eligible for refund.

 

10. Changes to Shipping Terms:

- Kimmy Kakes reserves the right to update or modify these Shipping Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Kimmy Kakes website.

 

By placing an order with Kimmy Kakes LLC, Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Shipping Terms and Conditions.
